Grounded in a master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Law from SOAS, University of London, Andreea’s diverse and impressive career spans over 15 years of experience working in Asia, including Hong Kong and Singapore. Initially part of the media landscape, with roles at the BBC, and the UK Houses of Parliament, Andreea transitioned to the world of risk management and due diligence, founding The Search Group (TSG) in 2010. Under her leadership, TSG has evolved significantly over the past twelve years, transforming from a due diligence subcontractor to a formidable entity with an expansive roster of clients and a burgeoning global team. Now based in the UK, Andreea guides TSG with an unwavering commitment to quality and sustainable business growth. Her advocacy for ethical practices extends to her leadership roles at international panels and in fostering meaningful partnerships with various think tanks and NGOs.

With a career spanning over 25 years in legal services, compliance, strategy, and governance, Vicky is a highly esteemed executive and general counsel. Her global experience encompasses leading roles across Australia, the Asia Pacific, and the United States, where she has developed and implemented comprehensive compliance and due diligence frameworks. Her ten-year tenure at Sun Microsystems was followed by a pivotal role at A2Zlogix Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel, driving the creation of global compliance structures. At The Red Flag Group and Refinitiv (part of the London Stock Exchange Group), she oversaw the development of due diligence products and risk compliance solutions, bringing strategic vision to their global distribution. Vicky’s leadership has been pivotal in shaping dynamic, high-performance cultures underpinned by robust compliance frameworks, making her an invaluable advisor to boards, executive teams, legal entities, and compliance professionals alike.

Combining 20 years of legal expertise with a robust background in technology, Andrew has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the complex landscape of compliance and sustainability with innovative tech-based approaches. Andrew’s deep industry knowledge was the driving force behind the growth of The Red Flag Group’s presence in the EMEA region, providing expert Anti-Bribery and Corruption advice. Andrew then steered the integration following The Red Flag Group’s acquisition by Refinitiv (now part of the London Stock Exchange Group), managing the World-Check product suite and specialised due diligence services. An ISO-certified auditor with a lens on governance, Andrew’s comprehensive skill set fortifies a unified approach to compliance and regulatory frameworks, all with a focus on aiding clients to meet Anti-Money laundering and sanctions compliance.

As The Search Group’s first Madrid-based member, Rodoula has been instrumental in expanding the operations team and extending TSG’s jurisdictional reach. Her strategic experience was developed as the Proposition Manager for Third Party Risk Intelligence at the London Stock Exchange Group, where she was integral in defining strategies for third-party risk solutions. Working across various roles within the Research team at both the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and The Red Flag Group, Rodoula led initiatives in managing third-party onboarding programs and spearheading project management efforts to foster change and streamline operational strategy for risk operations. Rodoula’s background in procurement, having previously worked with prominent food and beverage companies in Greece, informs a pragmatic approach to project management and operational strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Economic Studies form the University of Macedonia and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Ivana has been pivotal in expanding TSG’s operations, having led the charge for nearly a decade. In 2021, she transitioned to spearheading the new Learning and Development department, dedicating herself to elevating the proficiency of TSG’s workforce and external collaborators with premium training solutions. Before her tenure with TSG, Ivana honed her management expertise in high-risk environments as an HSEC manager for Rio Tinto and gained significant industry-specific experience in the insurance sector as the Compensation and Benefits Officer for Delta Generali Osiguranje. Ivana is a Business Administration, Marketing and Management graduate from Hult International Business School, London, and actively contributes to the Serbian Association of Managers.
